Why we built it
That patchwork works until a variation is disputed, an insurer asks for evidence, or CIS and retention fall out of sync with the site. Then everyone spends a week reconstructing what already happened.
We built one job file: diary and photos for the site team, drawings and H&S for compliance, snags and variations for the commercial conversation, CIS and invoices for the office — so everyone works from the same record.
