UK-focused hosting
SiteOS is built for UK construction companies. Data is processed with UK builders and GDPR in mind, not as an afterthought for a US enterprise stack.
Encryption in transit
All traffic to SiteOS uses HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text.
Role-based access
Owner, office, site and view-only roles control who sees commercial data, who can record on site, and what clients access through the portal.
Audit trail
Settings changes, invites, billing events and key job-file actions are logged so you can answer who changed what.
Backups & availability
Production data is hosted on managed infrastructure with regular backups. We design for reliability because your job file is business-critical.
Export & portability
Export your company data from Settings. If you leave, you take your records, we do not hold your job file hostage.

Subscription billing and client invoice card payments (when enabled).
Sentry
Error monitoring to fix bugs faster. No job-file content is sent for marketing.
